We have been gifted 2 Prepared Family Meals from Eva’s Mindful Meals to give away to 1 LUCKY WINNER! Evangelia Sosa is a Registered Dietitian and graduate of Johnson and Wales University with degrees in Culinary Arts and Culinary Nutrition. This wealth of knowledge and experience goes into each and every meal she makes. As a mother of two young children she understands just how time consuming, all-encompassing, and at times overwhelming, making a meal can be. Let her help you and your family enjoy a healthy “home-cooked meal” without the hassle of planning what to make, grocery shopping, and saving you hours in the kitchen. The meals are portioned (for four people) and packaged family style and are available for pickup on Mondays or Wednesdays at her location at Haw Creek Commons (315 Old Haw Creek Rd, Asheville, NC 28805) between 5:00pm and 5:30pm. Online ordering is available.
