FREE SUMMER MEAL SITES FOR KIDS – 2023
NO KID HUNGRY SUMMER MEAL PROGRAM!
FREE SUMMER MEALS FOR KIDS!
Many children in North Carolina depend on school for their daily nutrition. When the traditional school year ends, the NC Summer Nutrition Programs makes sure there are still meals available at NO COST for kids who need them. No child should be hungry in our country or community. The purpose of the No Kid Hungry summer feeding program is to fill the gap in between school sessions so all children can thrive and succeed. Hunger should not be the obstacle that inhibits their growth as individuals in any way during their formative years.
Summer meals are open to ALL children and teens 18 and under. They do not have to be enrolled students at the districts, but all meals are dine in and must be consumed on-site
