Drop off your child on Thursday afternoons to join Miss Emma as she guides them in a playful yoga practice and visual arts project at the Center for Art and Spirit at St. George in Malvern Hills, West Asheville! This playful practice helps children increase mind and body awareness, strength, flexibility, focus, creativity and self expression!

Asheville Kids Yoga & Art is excited to collaborate with Creative Peacemakers. A new, exciting after-school art and peacemaking enrichment experience for children living in the Deaverview community. We will be integrating themes of Peace for Me, Peace for Us, Peace for Everyone, and Peace for the Planet with mindfulness, yoga, and a study of various art mediums and techniques.
A portion of proceeds will go to Creative Peacemakers. This program is free for those living in low income situations.

Miss Emma has over 10 years of experience teaching children in a variety of settings. She holds an NC Teaching License in Elementary Education and is a certified yoga instructor (RYS 250). She is excited to continue bringing her knowledge, experience and creativity to the community!
