Wolfthorne Cosplayers has teamed up with Veda Studios to bring our community an unforgettable celebration of the Art of Cosplay on International Cosplay Day! The doors will open at 1PM, so mark your calendars and set your alarms…you don’t want to miss this!
Join us at Veda Studios and experience local vendors, artisans and panels that highlight Cosplay Culture and Nerdity. Best of all-strut your stuff in our Cosplay Costume Contest! Sign ups start promptly at 1:00 and go on until 3:50. Judging begins at 4:00, so please stick around!

Want to give back to the community? Participate in our Raffle! Each item is lovingly donated by a local artisan to benefit a local charity that is close to their heart. ♥ The last raffle tickets will be sold at 6:00pm, and the winners will be drawn and announced following the Cosplay Contest.

*Cosplay is NOT Consent.
*Cosplay is for EVERYONE.
Should any Cosplayer feel uncomfortable, be harassed, etc, PLEASE alert a Wolfthorne Staff Member IMMEDIATELY. We will take care of it. Staff Members are marked with a special Lanyard.
*Respect the space. No littering, no damaging anything and be mindful of your large props.
*In light of this event being family friendly, we do ask our Cosplayers to be respectful when speaking to each other-you never know what little ears may hear!
*Cosplays MUST cover as much as a two piece bathing suit for feminine characters and as much as a pair of full front and back underwear for masculine characters. Keep it classy, Everyone!
*Prop Weapons ONLY. Your weapons will be checked by Wolfthorne & Veda staff at the door. Keep it safe, Everyone!
***The Venue is UPSTAIRS. The building is a historic one and does not have an elevator, so PLEASE DO NOT wear extra long cosplays or large cumbersome ones up the stairs. Feel free to put them on inside, but keep yourselves SAFE and watch out for one another on the stairs.***
