Annual FREE Winter Coat Giveaway at the Eblen Charities/Ingles Toy Store in the Westgate Shopping Center, with Eblen-Kimmel Charities and WLOS ABC 13. “Thanks to generous donations, there is a store full of coats so people of all ages can stay warm this winter. *Please bring ID and social security card for each person receiving a coat in the household.
