Winter Solstice Spiral @ The School of Living Arts

The School of Living Arts welcomes all of you to join us for this year’s Winter Solstice Spiral. Our offering this year will include a soup supper, puppet play, student poetry reading and art exhibit, and seasonal craft sale…all culminating in the most beautiful Winter Solstice Spiral you’ll experience. Our spiral is held outdoors, nestled in an illuminated forest setting, and we are told by many that it is the most memorable event of the holiday season.

Please see the attached flyer, for details.

The Winter Solstice Spiral is a beautifully reverent festival held during the darkest time of our year. It is a quiet celebration of stillness and returning light, the sleep of Winter and its promise of restoration and new beginnings. Our spiral honors all kingdoms of Earthly life as they slumber for Winter- the human world, plant world, animal world, and mineral world, and welcomes us into peaceful silence in an illuminated forest setting.
Come join us for this unique Winter tradition.
