WCU Roadworks Presents: The Complete Works of William Shakespeare [Abridged] @ Biltmore Park Town Square | Asheville | North Carolina | United States

Biltmore Park Town Square will host WCU Road Works: The Complete Works of Shakespeare (Abridged) in Cecil Park, the green space near Hickory Tavern Asheville and Brixx Wood Fired Pizza Asheville on June 25th at 5:30 pm.

The College of Fine and Performing Arts at Western Carolina University has a new outreach program called WCU ROADWORKS that will present free theatrical, music, film, and visual arts events to communities throughout the region.

This summer’s offering is the fast-paced and family friendly comedy – THE COMPLETE WORKS OF WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE (ABRIDGED) [REVISED] written by Adam Long, Daniel Singer, and Jess Winfield – the original members of the Reduced Shakespeare Company!

Imagine – All 37 Plays in one sitting! An irreverent, fast-paced romp through the Bard’s plays, The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) [revised] was London’s longest-running comedy having clocked a very palpable nine years in London’s West End at the Criterion Theatre! Join these madcap players in tights as they weave their wicked way through all of Shakespeare’s Comedies, Histories and Tragedies in one wild ride that will leave you breathless and helpless with laughter.

This performance is free and open to the public. Come see a fast-paced and family friendly comedy performance at Biltmore Park Town Square.
