Saturday Night Lights

The Saturday Night Lights event series is back for the season at the Tryon International Equestrian Center & Resort in Mill Spring, NC (approximately 50 minutes from Asheville). These action-packed nights feature free entertainment such as pony rides, live bands, face painting, rides on a hand-painted Venetian carousel, performers, and more! Grab dinner, a carnival-style treat, your beverage of choice, and enjoy top show jumping competition under the lights in Tryon Stadium with family and friends.

A typical Saturday Night Lights also features a Grand Prix show jumping event where expert riders from all over the world guide horses around a course and over jumps almost 5 feet high, which is nearly the same level as at the Olympics! For competitions, all stadium seating is first-come first-served, and there isn’t a bad seat in the house! Also, The Legends Grille porch overlooks competition from the covered terrace, with great views.

GATES OPEN: 4:00pm-10:00pm

ACTIVITIES: 6:00pm-8:00pm

GRAND PRIX COMPETITION: Begins at 8:00pm

General admission is FREE, but this year for Saturday Night Lights, paid parking (cash or card both accepted) will begin at 4pm.

Pets are welcome as long as they’re kept on a leash.
