Asheville Parks Recreation Baby Fitness Preschooler Stephens Lee Toddler Yoga

Tuesdays, April 10th-May 1st 10:00am-10:45am, with free play until 11:30pm

Yoga is taught through dance, song, and stories. Children are encouraged to participate but it isn’t required. Your child will be watching you and learning, so relax and enjoy the class. Near the end, we will slow down and find stillness and calm. The class offers parent/child bonding, self- care, and community support.
Fee: $15/session or $5 per week
