This class is for newborns up to babies 1 year old and their parent/friend/guardian. In this class, there are yoga exercises just for babies based upon their individual levels of development, yoga postures for the adult companions which incorporate the babes, songs, gentle movement, infant massage and quiet time. Come and meet your community of babies and friends through this fun and playful approach to yoga with your little one!

“This class is a time for mamas and papas with their children of all ages to joyfully and cooperatively practice yoga together. We mobilize our bodies and brains by breathing, singing, stretching, telling stories, playing games and moving the postures through space. We expand our movement possibilities, practice language skills, connect with others and find moments of reflective stillness. Class engages all ages of children. Babies should be able to be worn on the parent or rest safely on a blanket.”

Tiny Tots Yoga (Crawling Baby-2yrs)

Tiny Tots Yoga is for babies and toddlers (from crawling to 2 years) with a caregiver (parent, friend, or guardian).
This class series is a highly active, playful class with songs and music that integrate yoga exercise. This class offers poses that will support a toddler’s increased mobility, physical explorations, language and cognitive development.
During Tiny Tots Yoga class, crawlers and walkers will playfully practice yoga postures while seated, standing, walking & jumping.
Quiet time will be provided at the end for parents and toddlers who need it.
No prior yoga experience is needed. Mats are used at the end of Tiny Tots Yoga class.

Tween’s/Teens Yoga (8+)
“Yoga for the pre-adolescent and adolescent child, provides a non-competitive, non-judgmental space to develop a healthy body image and strong self-esteem. In this class, tweens and teens will learn appropriate ways to de-stress and cope with the daily pressures of school and social life. Each class will vary depending on the students’ needs, but will include slow flow, breath work, sharing, visualization and relaxation.”

Baby Love Yoga
“Baby Love Yoga is for newborns to pre-crawlers and their caregivers (parent, friend, or guardian). The focus of this class is to create a nurturing community for babies and caregivers to bond, play, sing and share experiences. Yoga exercises and infant massage will be just for babies, with gentle yoga integrated into the class for caregivers. Baby Love Yoga class provides a safe space to connect with your baby and other caregivers in our community.”

Kids Yoga (7-10yrs)
“This class is an opportunity to let kids be kids while finding some idea of body awareness, mindfulness, creativity and self calming. We will start each class with a brief check in circle. After which we will practice one full sun salutation with some extra fun, silly and skill building bits. We will play a game based in yoga, and we will find savasana our final relaxation for no less than 5 minutes. Hopefully leaving kids feeling grounded and radiant.”
