Tour of West Asheville Flight Night

Presented by The Hop Ice Cream and On Haywood Road, West Asheville!

An Ice Cream exploration of the West Asheville food and beverage scene! What would be more fun than to collaborate with and showcase at The Creamery (167 Haywood Rd across from Hole Doughnuts) the many talents of our neighbors? How about helping Alice and Hugh of On Haywood celebrate the launch of their new website, http://onhaywood.com!?!?!? Now we’re talking!

There will be 5 dairy and 3 plant based vegan flavors available by the scoop, pint or Ice Cream Flight of 4. There will also be a fun prop-filled photo booth provided by On Haywood. And there will also be a Doggie Ice Cream Social (Outdoor Event) in conjunction with Patton Avenue Pet Company happening in the loading dock area.

As if that wasn’t enough, on Saturday 3/28, all of these flavors will be featured on the menu at The Hop West while supplies last!

Hendersonville Arts and Architecture Tour of Downtown

As always the Downtown Tours are at 9:00 AM on Saturday mornings and depart from in front of the Center for Art & Inspiration at 125 South Main Street.

New this year: walking tours of the Historic West Side. For the West Side Tours we meet at the Henderson County Library on Washington Street at 6:00 PM on Wednesday evenings.

The tours last approximately 90 minutes.

All tours are free of charge and no pre-registration is required. Just show up ready to walk.

Princess Pajama Party

Come celebrate Mother’s Day in the most magical way with your little princess!

Join us for the most magical, spa-tastic and glitter-ific Pajama Party you’ve ever been to, complete with 2 real life princesses, our Ice Queen and Our Island Warrior Princess.
We encourage kids to wear their favorite Princess Dress or Pajamas and come get pampered by a princess, with glitter masks and manicures, princess makeovers and hair styling. We will aslo have Mother’s Day crafts and refreshements. Be sure to stop by the photobooths for Mommy and me pics with your little princess!
Join the Princesses out on the floor for storytelling, and songs . No pajama party is complete without a Pajama Dance Party! Our 2 princesses will teach your little a group dance. Get your cameras ready for these precious memories.
LIMITED AVAILABILITY, only 25 tickets sold.
Each VIP Child’s ticket comes with a FREE accompanying adult.
Children 12 mos and under are free.

Kolo Bike Park $5 after 5 Thursdays!

Ride Kolo Bike Park on Thursdays for $5 after 5 pm. Please call our office to see if the trails at Kolo are open: 828.225.2921

Kolo Bike Park is a mountain bike sampler pack designed for all rider levels. All the trails and features are designed to be progressive sessions. So there are multiple ways to ride them. This encourages developing riders to advance their skills in a controlled environment. Kolo has miles of single-track mountain bike trails that range from beginner-friendly to expert-only black diamond trails. There is something for everyone from tourists just passing through to truly skilled riders.

Kolo features:
• Hand-built single track in a wooded space with a 180-degree wood berm
• Machine-built flow trail with dirt berms, rollers, wooden features, step downs, tabletops, road gaps
• Multi-lane dirt jump line on rolling terrain
• Beginner and advanced pump tracks
• Skills area with wooden balance features and bridges
• Multi-level dirt jumps with small and big tables, gaps & transfers
• Littleville is for our youngest shredders on balance/mountain bikes. It is a true bike playground.
** Rentals are also available for an extra cost.

Mini Monday

Take advantage of Buncombe County’s no school day and start your morning off making memories with your mini. Add some MOO to your Monday and get a family photo with the Chick-fil-A cow. We will be providing arts and crafts for the kids and have special edition plush cows in pajamas available for purchase. Every family that scans their Chick-fil-A Mobile One App will be entered to win a prize.

Rockin Ranger Day

This fun-filled day begins at the City of Brevard Sports Complex at 8:30am with our Rockin Ranger 5K. Following the 5K will be our Rockin Ranger Jamboree from 11-2 at the Pisgah Forest Elementary outdoor classroom where we will have music, food, inflatables, carnival-style games, cake walk and SO MUCH MORE!
