This non-competitive basketball program is designed for individuals ages 6+ with disabilities. Players will learn basic basketball skills while having fun.

Grovewood studio artist Helen Purdum will be sharing her inspired techniques of surface design on bisque fired bowls and cups, focusing on the delightful, colorful caricatures of her “Girlfriends Series.”
Krista Skrede Demonstrates the Art of Paper Cutting
Saturday, March 26 (12 – 4pm)
Art instructor Krista Skrede, who currently teaches at The Franklin School of Innovation in Asheville, will be demonstrating the intricate art of paper cutting, revealing delicate and dramatic 2D and 3D compositions.

Saturdays in October: ‘The Tale of the Pig’ – The Romainian Fairy Tale that spawned a hundred bacon puns. Meet Frederick, the pig himself, as well as his father, the Emperor, the Emperess and their never-satisfied daughter, the Princess.
Saturdays in November: ‘Greek Myths’ – Echo, Narcissus, Icarus, Zeus, Theseus, Hera… All of them and many more are back to show you just how fun those ancient Greeks were!
