Join us at the gallery of the Inn to admire a display of traditionally crafted Pysanky eggs. This craft, originating in Ukraine, involves decorating eggs in layers of beeswax-resist and dyes to create a beautiful piece of art. Artist Andrea Kulish will be demonstrating her skill near her display on Easter Sunday from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Easter Egg Hunt

Our Easter Egg Hunt is one of the Southeast’s largest, with hundreds of children ages 2–9 canvassing the Front Lawn of Biltmore House for sweet treats, enjoying magic shows, and having photos taken with the Easter Rabbit*. After the hunt, head to charming Antler Hill Village to enjoy a variety of additional activities including Giant Bubbles at the Village Green, Sheep Herding at the Farmyard, and more. Included with estate admission.

Join Mowgli, Baloo, King Louie and the gang as they swing their way through madcap adventures and thwart the ferocious tiger, Shere Khan. Adapted especially for young performers, this musical includes favorite Disney songs including “The Bare Necessities” and “I Wanna Be Like You.” With colorful characters and that toe-tapping jungle rhythm. Tickets are $12/adults and $8/child, and children under 5 are free. Tickets are available for sale in the front office.

Presented by Horizon Heating & Air, Rhythm & Brews Concert Series brings together live music, local craft beverages, and the community! These FREE shows take place on the third Thursday of every month from May-September, closing part of South Main Street to make room for all the fun. Local food trucks will line the street cooking delicious eats from kettle corn to pizza to barbecue. Each show begins with an opener at 5:30 p.m. followed by the headlining performance from 7:30-9:30 p.m. Doors open at 5:15 p.m.
For the youngsters, the Hendersonville Honeycrisps & Hendersonville Toy Company Kid Zone will provide kid-friendly fun. Activities will include hula-hooping, activities, and games.
Camp chairs and picnic blankets are welcome. Please leave coolers and pets at home.

The Come, experience and enjoy Asheville’s largest, longest running, single day neighborhood street festival. See for yourself why so many visitors return each year to hear the music, dine on local cuisine, and shop from some of the finest artisans in the area.
Located on the main street of the Historic Montford neighborhood, the festival has a new look with entertainment stages, artist and vendor booths, and central food court all now on one street, Montford Avenue. While visiting the neighborhood, you will walk the tree lined street, where trolley’s used to travel, marvel at unique architecture, from turn of the century “Victorian” to Arts and Craft designs and observe the diversity mix of its proud neighbors, who yearly volunteer to be your hosts for the festival.
This same neighborhood boasts a connection to many great entertainers in the area which is where we draw the flavor of the festival. You will discover an extraordinary mix of music for all tastes, both young and old that begins at 10:00 AM and continues till 7:00 PM on both stages.
The Montford Music and Arts Festival is known for its many quality craft persons and artists who return every year to offer their wares. Our special Juried Artists section exemplifies the degree of excellence you will find at the festival as those artists vie for ranking.
The festival also offers a chance to shop from local specialty vendors offering everything from neighborhood Chiropractic to Real Estate services and our special landscaping area features locally grown plants and shrubs.
Last but definitely not least is a taste of Asheville. Food trucks have become the rage as moving restaurants and we bring you an entire area devoted to them and every taste pallet. In addition, we have specialty foods perfect for snacking while enjoying the music or visiting the booths.
We have just changed our name to Farm and Forest Camp to more accurately describe the new summer camps which we are offering this year. Campers ages 5 to 15 will work with horses among other farm animals. We will also have our hands in the earth, tending gardens. Camps will run during the 4 weeks of July.
