We will be having another Pajama Party Storytime Friday, February 28th, at 7pm! We will be reading Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak! There will be activities and treats after the story! Wear your comfiest PJs and join us!
Where the Wild Things Are, by Maurice Sendak, is the story of a little boy and main character of the story, named Max. After his mother sends him to bed without dinner, Max falls asleep and his room immediately transforms into a moonlit forest surrounded by a vast ocean. He sails to the land of the wild things, which are huge monsters with claws and teeth! Not frightened of anything, Max tames the wild things, who agree that he is the wildest of them all, and they make him their king.
