Carry Your Cross 5K
5K participants carry a 4ft length of 2×4 lumber across your back for the final 2/10 of a mile – uphill.
Run solo and/or with your Church Team Challenge teammates – see below. [All participants are scored in OA and AG results.]

Church Team Challenge:
Become a team captain and put together your best team to run on behalf of your church.
Find 3 other participants to join you and should your team win the Church Team Challenge, your church will win the Carry Your Cross Team Trophy and bragging rights for one year as fastest church team.
The Church Team Challenge will be judged on a total combined place finish and in the event of a tie, a total combined time finish.
Runners can pick up their packets individually on race day from 7:00am-8:30am.

Color for a Cause is a live coloring contest and shopping event that raises funds and awareness for local organizations during a fun night out at the Mall. To participate, sign up your organization to color a mural or join us during the event to shop in support of a participating cause.
