Thanksgiving at 12 Baskets
Yes indeed, 12 Baskets is open on Thanksgiving and we hope you can join us! We will have turkey and ham and a huge selection of traditional Thanksgiving dishes. We know that the city buses are not running on the holiday, but we are providing alternative transportation. Please see below for more information. Hope to see you!

FREE Pet Photo with Santa
Bring your furry friend to meet Santa and capture the moment with a FREE photo package, courtesy of Asheville Outlets. Santa will be waiting inside the Food Court at his holiday home and Brother Wolf Animal Rescue will be on-hand to share information on how you can volunteer, foster, or adopt a pet this holiday season.
Dates: December 1, 8 & 15
Times: 6PM – 8PM
This event is free to attend. No ticket is required to attend. All pets must be on a leash or carrier.

Craft in Toyland Exhibit

Craft in Toyland opens on Saturday, November 18 at Grovewood Gallery, just in time for the holidays. This group exhibition showcases handcrafted toys and games – all American made! Also on display will be a collection of antique wooden toys from the heyday of Tryon Toy Makers & Wood Carvers, on loan from Tryon, North Carolina resident Rick Dunn. An opening reception will take place on November 18 from 2 – 5pm, free and open to the public. This show will remain on view through December 31, 2017.

Morning with Santa and Mrs. Claus
Come spend the morning with the jolliest of the jolly, Santa and Mrs. Claus! Gather around the table with your cookie and milk as Santa reads you a Christmas story book. Afterwards feel free to tell Santa your wish list as you take pictures for the Christmas card. When it’s all said and done, Santa will unfortunately have to head on his way back up to the North Pole. But don’t fret, you can still play the whole day away on our Toddler or Main Playfloor. Don’t forget to wear your most festive Christmas attire.
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
* 1 hour with Santa and Mrs. Claus. (story time, meet and greet, and photo opportunities)

What’s the refund policy?
All tickets are non refundable.
Is there a cost for Adults?
Adults are all free with the child/children’s ticket. However space is limited. We recommend limiting to one adult attending with each child to help prevent over crowding.
Do you have to pay for pictures?
No, photo opportunities are all free. Printed pictures are not provided, however you may take as many pictures as you would like with your personal phone or camera.

Choose & Cut Your Own Christmas Tree
Load up the kids and take them on an adventure to choose & cut your own Christmas tree! We are fortunate to have several Christmas Tree farms near the Asheville area to help you find your perfect tree, and walking the fields to find it is a fun, family friendly way to kick off the holiday cheer. Choose and cut it yourself, or they will cut it, bale, and load it for you. Check them all out at the link above!
