They serve a beautiful meal with turkey, ham and all the trimmings. Santa is there to meet your children and give them a gift. They also have an area for coat donations, so if you or your children need those, they a free also. It is open to EVERYONE, regardless of financial status or religious preference or anything!! All are welcome.

Holiday Benefit Concert
We all know the Holidays can be very chaotic. Please come find a little bit of peace and serenity to be reminded of the Holiness within the Holiday season. Asheville solo pianist, Alex Watson, will be performing and all proceeds will go straight to the Veterans Restoration Quarters and other future projects within the ABCCM.
A $20 donation is suggested, however, give what you are willing and able and please, enjoy a night of wonderful music.

Toys for Tots Toy Drive Marathon
The holidays are upon us and while many get ready for celebrations, gift-giving, and receiving, there are too many in our communities who do not have that luxury. Friday, December 7 at 6:00 am through Saturday, December 8 at 5:00 pm join Eddie Foxx and Sharon Green from 99.9 Kiss Country at Asheville Outlets. ‘An Evening With …’ series
Dec 5th: Families and fans of music! Asheville based, award winning songwriter, Ten Cent Poetry (aka Chelsea LaBate) returns to The Hop Ice Cream Cafeon Merrimon to perform an inspiring mix of family friendly tunes from her ever-deepening songbag! As always, this show is free!
Dec 12th: Asheville families and fans of great tunes! The Moon and You return to The Hop! Expect Indie Folk featuring cello, guitar, banjo, drums, 2- and 3-part harmonies, and killer original songwriting. This couple always put on a perfect performance for both Ice Cream seekers and music lovers!!!
Dec 14th: Defective Swing is a group of 12-15 year olds that formed in 2016. They play a wide range of popular songs from vintage to modern. They are part of the Outreach Ensemble program at Asheville Music School and have played at the Veterans Restoration Quarters, Block off Biltmore, Grey Eagle, and the Loft at Asheville Music School.

Chorus Concert
The A-B Tech Community College chorus will perform a concert at 7 p.m. Monday, December 4 in Ferguson Auditorium on the Asheville campus. The event is free and open to the public.
The chorus will be performing a few holiday selections, as well as a medley from the movie “Moana”, a jazz piece and a few classical pieces. They will also feature soloists and ensembles from the chorus.

Sensory-Friendly Santa
For many families, going to the mall to see Santa is a festive and entertaining tradition, and a great way to spend time together. But for kids with sensory challenges, the traditional Santa experience can be overwhelming. Loud noises, bright lights, and big crowds can be stressful.
Carolina Pediatric Therapy is proud to announce our first annual sensory-friendly Santa experience. Come enjoy crafts, activities, and yummy treats, all while waiting for a one-on-one with Santa. Document this special experience with a free photo with Santa. This special event is for all ages and is open to the public.
