Afterward, drop in for a free-of-charge Pop-Up Adventure Playground and other family activities.
Roots Hummus will be served at no charge and sweet treats from The Hop Ice Cream Cafe will be available for purchase.

Taking place at the Swannanoa Valley Medical Center on Saturday, May 25. Enjoy an afternoon outdoors at this fun, family-friendly celebration centered around growing LOCAL, organic food, in partnership with Sow True Seed, Banner Greenhouses and Eat Smart Black Mountain.
Dig in and get inspired by taking part in interactive, educational gardening workshops and demos for adults and kids while enjoying local music and food all while raising funds to support the growth and expansion of Bounty & Soul’s unique, whole-person wellness programming.
Asheville Adventure Play will be onsite with their pop-up playground as well as a variety of earth-friendly vendors. Event is 11am-5pm with $10 admission (includes access to all workshops, demonstrations and 3 organic plant starts). Kids 12 and under FREE. Stay tuned for more details! In this, our yearly fundraiser for Bounty & Soul, we are donating 15% of sales from 9 am to Bounty & Soul to support all of their programs providing healthy local food to food insecure members of our community. As in previous years our benefit will conicide with the Montreat Native Plant Sale. Bounty & Soul not only help families eat healthier through providing free local produce, but educate users of the service about the importance of healthy food, They also provide real strategies to easily prepare healthy food so that it is appetizing and eaten!
Produce to the People delivers healthy food and wellness resources into local communities. We operate five weekly markets and each is accompanied by wellness and nutrition program components. Anyone and everyone who believes they would benefit from the healthy food and education resources is welcome to participate in our markets. There is no cost for the food or the other resources. Produce to the People markets are distributing 7,500 pounds of food and reaching nearly 700 individuals every week.

Join us the second Thursday of the month for an evening of family fun. Each month, we’ll try a new activity that the whole family can enjoy. Activities are geared for ages 5+. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Pre- registration is required.
