FREE Annual Sports Physicals – Haywood County

Haywood Regional Medical Center and Haywood Regional Sports Medicine are proudly hosting the annual Free Sports Physicals session on Thursday May 24, 2018 at Haywood Reginal Health & Fitness Center located at 75 Leroy George Drive, Clyde. Students may arrive according to the following schedule:
> 3:30 pm Canton Middle School
> 4:00 pm Waynesville Middle School
> 4:30 pm Bethel Middle School
> 5:00 pm Tuscola and Pisgah High School

Contact your school for a registration packet and please bring completed packet with you. It is not necessary to sign up for an appointment, just come any time during your school’s allotted time frame.

For the parents, there will be a Parent Lounge: 3:30pm – 6:00pm with refreshments while waiting on children to finish. For more information, call 828.452.8080 or the 24 hour referral line at 800.424.DOCS (3627).

Kids Eat FREE Monday (12 & Under)

Kids 12 and under eat free every Monday at Barberitos after 4:00. It includes a Kids meal for each kid with an adult that purchases an entree.
