Snakes Alive! with SoulFauna Critter Encounters (all ages)

Come to North Asheville Library for a free all-ages herpetology presentation about snakes! Join reptile enthusiast Maya Plantamura as she speaks about snakes and the many misconceptions that affect these beautiful but often-misunderstood animals. The presentation will include guided interactions with six live non-venomous snakes and is open to all members of the public. No tickets required. Free and open to the public.

Let’s Dance! Creative Movement Inspired by Ballet & Introduction to Ballet

6:00pm-6:30pm … Let’s Dance! Creative Movement Inspired by Ballet

Free dance class for ages 4-6 years. This class will be creative movement inspired by ballet.

Use the “sign up” link to register starting June 1.

Please Note: You may pick and choose which dance classes you’d like to attend all Summer, based on your interest & availability.

You DO need to sign up for each class individually.

You DO NOT NEED to attend all classes within a series. You DO NEED to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend.
This class is designed for children ages 4-6.  For older kids, see the Introduction to Ballet class.

Father’s Day Ping Pong Deal

Come on down for a Rockin’ Sunday Funday! Our Taqueria will be serving up tacos, the bar will be serving drinks, sweet tunes will be spinning, and Ping Pong will be GOING ON! Come Get YO’ Pong On!

This is an all ages event!

$12~30 minute table
$20~60 minute table

In honor of Father’s Day; Dads will get $5 off all 60 minute tables.

Tables are up for grabs on a first come first serve basis.

Join us at Railroad Square (Bryson City Depot) from July 3rd to July 5th, 2024, for the Red White & Steam Festival! We’re thrilled to celebrate the return of our beloved Steam Engine, featuring a variety of exciting activities.

Highlights include a special badging ceremony honoring the 1702 Steam Engine, live entertainment by Fo Daniels and other talented artists throughout the week, and family-friendly fun such as BMAZ’s gelly ball and axe throwing.
