This unique Family Yoga hour will be a playful and engaging time to be fully present, explore poses and meditation, have fun, create connection, and share your practice together. Children can experience benefits from yoga, including improved physical strength, body awareness, and concentration. All ages are welcome! Cost is $8 per person.
