Artist Rock Painting, Collage Hangout & Art material Swap
WHAT: Come Hang Out Meet ZaPow Artists, Paint some rocks, or make a collage.
We will set up a table where people can drop off art supplies they are no longer using and pick up art supplies that they feel like taking. Any left behind supplies will be donated to YWCA after school programs.
We will provide paint, brushes, rocks and stuff to cut up and collage.
On the following Friday we can hide our painted rocks and collages around town for free art Friday and tag each other in the instagram posts.
WHO IS INVITED: Current ZaPow Member Artists plus all other artists, friends and family.
When: Sunday, March 24⋅6:00 – 9:00pm
If you want to participate in the swap, Bring: Art Supplies that you are not using, not going to use or are just tired of looking at, any magazines or pictures that you don’t mind people chopping up and making into collages.
COST: FREE. Of course, it would be great if you buy a coffee, beer or wine from the bar. Plus, then you get lovely beverages while hanging out with other artists. WIN! WIN!
Burn Boot Camp Group Hike
Let’s Get Together and go for a group hike! To finish out the March Mileage Madness we are getting together as a group to rake in a few more miles and enjoy some outdoor time together! Bring the Family!

Take Long Shoals to Brevard Rd and head north past the arboretum to the road that takes you into Bent Creek.
Pickle-N-Pig Birthday BASH for SETH
In honor of Seth Donaldson’s “Would Be 23 Birthday” you’re invited to a “Tip Both For Seth Pickle Contest and Pig Pickin.” !!!
Seth, a Young Chef, working at Commander’s Palace in New Orleans, ALSO LOVED ALL THINGS PICKLED! His family invites you to bring your best Pick of the Peck to be SHARED and JUDGED!!! Everyone enter please!!! Pickling is Easy Peasy!!!
Also a $15 BBQ plate with FIXINS. Seth’s classmates and ABTech’s Competitive Cooking Team will be there to cook and share desserts as practice for their NATIONAL COOKING COMPETITION. Proceeds will go toward ABTech Culinary School Summer Internship Scholarships and, of course, PICKLE PRIZES!!! Please come, please tell your friends, and please PICKLE!!
Community Easter Egg Hunt
Cross Memorial Baptist Church is hosting a community wide Easter Egg Hunt! This event will be held at the Welcome Center on Saturday, April 20th from 10:00am until 12:00pm. DIY Wind Chimes Workshop

$15-$60 depending on the size chime you choose. All forms of payment are accepted and no preregistration is required.
Preschooler Yoga Fun with Certified Instructor Polly Wing (3-5yrs)
Thursdays, Mar 28th-Apr 25th, 10:00am-11:00am
These classes will help your preschooler discover yoga through fun, themed, activities and games that focus on body movement, breath control, and imaginative creativity. Children will benefit from being the “boss” of their body, while learning how to channel their energies in an effective way.
Ice Cream Sing-a-Long Fundraiser
Gather with MusicWorks at the Hop West on Haywood Rd, eat some ice cream, sing-a-long and raise some funds for MusicWorks. For every purchase between 6-9pm the Hop will generously donate 50% to our program. We’ll have Mr Aaron Price and Ms. Asher Leigh there leading a sing-a-long that everyone can join!
