Every Tuesday, 10:00am-10:45am – Tots Yoga with Ruth at Yoga and Massage in Hendersonville. “Partner with your toddler in simple animated poses, games, music and breathing exercises that help to strengthen coordination and build body awareness. We’ll bark in downward dog, hiss in cobra pose and flutter our wings in butterfly, while we take a yoga journey that your child will never forget! This fun class provides key bonding methods between parent and child, while strengthening their growing muscles.” Parent/Caregiver & Child (strong walkers – 3 yrs). $10

Fleetwood’s will be hosting a night time farmer’s market on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month thru the growing season. Come by after work (5 to 9pm) to load up on fresh veggies, tinctures and more! You can also catch a cool band for free while you shop (beer in hand)!

In these hands-on cooking classes with YMCA of WNC Nutrition, you will work with your family to make fresh recipes you will enjoy all summer long. Join us for a celebration of our beautiful moon as we explore all things lunar in this star and moon-gazing event. We’ll explore the features of the full moon through a small telescope and also discuss the past, present and future history and theories about the moon. Please bring binoculars if you have them. All ages are welcome and no background in astronomy or science is required.
