This FREE support group is for anyone who identifies with the struggles of mothering, in any stage and all stages. Our hope for this group is to provide an open, judgement-free, positive space to find support, inspiration and friendship. Whether your children are newborn, over-grown or yet to be born, you are welcome. Children of all ages are also welcome to attend, but feel free to come alone too.

Parents Night Out (4+yrs)
Sure, meditation, deep breaths and down dogs can do wonders to improve your mood, decrease stress and shift your perspective. But, sometimes, what we really need is a break! The third Saturday of every month EVERYBODY Yoga will host a Parent’s Night Out so you can release, unwind and restore. Children ages 4+ will spend the evening engaging in mindful, yoga-based games and optional art projects, and then cuddle-up on yoga mats, bolsters and blankets to watch a movie projected movie theater style onto the large studio wall. Organic, vegan snacks included. 6pm-9pm, $18/child. Pre-Registration required.

Moon Gazing & Cosmic Storytelling
Join us for a celebration of our beautiful moon as we explore all things lunar in this star and moon-gazing event. We’ll explore the features of the full moon through a small telescope and also discuss the past, present and future history and theories about the moon. Please bring binoculars if you have them. All ages are welcome and no background in astronomy or science is required.
