Yoga Games!
Take some time to enjoy yoga movement in a creative, playful space while learning about breathing and mindfulness!
Creative play reduces stress and improves our overall quality of life. Feel the joy of being a kid again with a variety of yoga games and partner work while learning how to facilitate these yoga games with children to develop positive communication and leadership skills.
As adults, we don’t take time to play and let our imagination flow. Participating in this workshop will allow the person, of any age, to get in touch with their inner child, experience the freedom and creativity that comes from play.
Facilitating the workshop is Ms. Brandon Hudson, RCYT, E-RYT, MAT. Brandon holds a Master’s degree in Special Education, is a highly qualified educator, and has over 15 years’ experience working with children and children with special needs. Brandon provides clear and consistent expectations for children and adults to learn and grow. Brandon’s playful, gentle style inspires both children and adults to find a personal connection to their yoga practice. Learn more about Brandon at www.growwithyoga.life.
Space is limited: to save yours, register on our class calendar – or call 828.246.6570 – or email hello@waynesvilleyogacenter.com
