A free, safe, peer support group for pregnant and postpartum mamas.

A welcoming place for women. A peer group based on honesty, mutual respect, nonjudgemental and acceptance. We will discuss motherhood and baby care at all levels physically, emotionally, and relationally. Learn how to transition from “me to we” and not to lose yourself in the process.

Led by trained and experienced birth professionals.

Two locations:

Third Saturday of the month from 11:00am-1:00pm at First Congregational Church @ 1735 5th Ave W, Hendersonville, NC 28739

Second Thursday of the month from 1:00pm-3:00pm at The Family Place @ 970 Hendersonville Hwy, Brevard, NC 28712
