FighterWithin Hendersonville safety self defense Teen teens

This event is created for Mom’s ONLY and their kids! Where else can you learn about the proper usage of handguns and personal safety, protection and defense, enjoy lunch AND add a little pampering?

4 1/2 course starting with basic handgun training with Travis Rector from Overwatch Defense. This part of the course covers basic handgun operation, along with actual shooting range practice. Not only will your confidence of handling a handgun build, you will become more secure with proper technique and safety of firing one. Feel free to bring your own handgun and ammunition, however if you have neither we can provide those for you for an additional fee which can be discussed upon signing up.

After this portion of the day we will treat you to a catered lunch. Relax and chat with the group and prepare for the next portion!

The second part of the course will take you to FighterWithin and get physical! From there Leanne Hensley will cover basic self defense techniques for public safety as well as home and personal safety. This part of the course builds security, confidence and self worth of the female body and surroundings.

This Ladies Day is truly meant for Moms and their children. Bond with your children and become safer and more confident in the process. After you have finished with both courses, the moms will receive a chair massage and a special treat!
