Make It! Don’t Buy It! Skillshare event celebrates the handmade over the store-bought, and lifts up local makers and artisans in our community, while bolstering the sharing economy. Enjoy a day of music, refreshments, and handmade gifts, and take the opportunity to make something for a loved one, guided by one of our featured artists in a specially designed skillshare session. Our theme will be seasonal, and gifts will be inspiring for the winter holidays and beyond. Examples include printmaking, felting, paper making, metalsmithing, and plant-based crafts.
The Make It! Don’t Buy It! Skillshare is sponsored and created by Living Web Farms. As a leader in resiliency, Living Web Farms is committed to the Make It! Don’t Buy It! workshop series as a promotion of an alternative to consumer culture.
