LilaDance!, to make it simple, is a creative movement session for families and babywearing mamas.

But if you’d like to get a little more in depth, it is a piece of me that I wish to share with anyone and everyone needing to remember the forgotten and hidden sides of them. When we grow up, we forget our inner child. When we begin having children, we find our passions get lost. When we stop making time to get quiet and still, we stop recognizing inner wisdom.

Lila, in Sanskrit, means “play.” In LilaDance! we play, we dance, we move, we pretend, we listen, we yell, we sing, we give energy to these forgotten pieces within ourselves. LilaDance! is a practice. It is a practice of Self Compassion. A practice aligning the Heart with the Soul. A practice of Actions we set for our children.
