Come run with us and support a great cause! Its a run / walk so come out whether it’s your first 5K or you are trying to set that PR!

Proceeds from this event will benefit Rock Steady Boxing, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, which gives people with Parkinson’s disease hope by improving their quality of life through a non-contact boxing based fitness curriculum.

Registration will start at 7am, and the run will start at 8:30am.
