Join instructor Polly Wing with BloomingKids Yoga where through fun an games, children will be exposed to the practice of yoga. They will become more aware of how to use their bodies, and how to calm their minds.

MONDAYS – Kids Yoga, Ages 4-6yrs

WEDNESDAYS – Tween Yoga, Ages 9-13

FRIDAYS – ALL Kids, Ages 4-13yrs
