Intro to chocolate-Mother's day event @ Mountain Kitchen

This event is open for kids and adults. Come spend quality time with your kiddos.
Introduction to Chocolate: This is a beginner to intermediate level baking class focusing on baking with chocolate. The students will be learning truffle making technique and making 2 varieties of truffles. They will also be making and decorating a flourless Chocolate Framboise cake for 2 and a White Chocolate Key Lime Tartlet. We will talk about baking with chocolate as well as candy making. Students will leave with truffles and a cake to take to their sweetheart as well as information and recipes.
