Hands On Food Preservation Classes with Renay Knapp at the N.C. Cooperative Extension – Henderson County Center in Jackson Park in Hendersonville. “Come on out and learn about canning! Renay Knapp, Family & Consumer Sciences agent will be teaching four different classes on food preservation this summer.” Check out the flyer below for specific dates and topics. Space is limited.
