Girls On The Run Benefit Opening Reception and Art Show (all ages)

ZaPow is excited to be partnering with Girls on the Run of WNC, The HOP Ice Cream & Spellbound Bookshop for the next ZaPow Member Artist Group Show.

This is an ALL AGES event and is sure to be fun for the whole family.

The Hop Ice Cream will be giving each participating girl in attendance a free scoop of ice cream. Scoops will be available for grown ups to buy.

Spellbound Bookshop will be on hand with some fun on theme books for sale.

For the big (over 21 kids) ZaPow will be serving free samples of Asheville Brewing Beer

In an effort to represent the true heart of Girls on The Run the ZaPow artists will avoid making sneaker, running, athletics or track related art. Instead the artists of Zapow have created work that embodies some of the core values of Girls On The Run. The themes featured in this show will be:
Recognizing Personal Power
Embracing Differences
Finding Strength
Expressing Joy, Optimism and Gratitude
And Positive Girl Icons from Pop Culture

ZaPow will donate 10% of all sales from the Night of the Opening Reception to the local chapter of Girls on the Run.

Members of Girls on The Run of WNC will be on hand to answer questions at the Opening Reception if you would like to learn more about this amazing organization.
