August 28th 1:00pm-5:00pm – Asheville High School Cosmetology, in partnership with top area professional barbers and stylists, will be providing free haircuts for students returning to school at the Asheville High School Cosmetology Dept. @ 419 McDowell Street. Kahlani Jackson, Miss Asheville 2016 will also make an appearance!
