“We are thrilled to add Jen Chandlee to our staff of amazing yoga teachers. To celebrate, and get acquainted with our community she has offered to teach a FREE class. This class will be a wonderful way to create connection with your baby and with other mamas, incorporating infant massage, yoga, relaxation, and a few minutes for socializing and Q&A with the instructor, who is also a postpartum educator and doula.”
