Haywood Regional Medical Center and Haywood Regional Sports Medicine are proudly hosting the annual Free Sports Physicals session on Thursday May 24, 2018 at Haywood Reginal Health & Fitness Center located at 75 Leroy George Drive, Clyde. Students may arrive according to the following schedule:
> 3:30 pm Canton Middle School
> 4:00 pm Waynesville Middle School
> 4:30 pm Bethel Middle School
> 5:00 pm Tuscola and Pisgah High School
Contact your school for a registration packet and please bring completed packet with you. It is not necessary to sign up for an appointment, just come any time during your school’s allotted time frame.
