FB LIVE: Jerry Wolfe Storytelling @ on Facebook LIVE from The Museum of the Cherokee Indian

Listen to stories told live by the Beloved Man of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, Mr. Jerry Wolfe, from the The Museum of the Cherokee Indian. By popular demand from our Facebook community, we are bringing this special LIVESTREAM event to you, from Cherokee, NC. Watch as it happens or check out the video after the event.

Jerry Wolfe is a fluent speaker and traditionalist, and he is always willing to share his knowledge of the Cherokee culture. Jerry tells stories and talks about Cherokee history, culture, and language. On Friday afteroons, he can often be found storytelling at the Museum of the Cherokee Indian.

His programs fascinate people of all ages. As a storyteller, Jerry recounts traditional Cherokee legends, and shares stories about his experiences growing up in Cherokee.

Due to his self-sacrifice and willingness to serve, Jerry was given the title of Beloved Man of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, a designation that was last bestowed in the early 1800s.

We are delighted to share this special storytelling session with you, our Facebook community, and invite you to ask Jerry your questions for a follow up interview.

Enjoy!
