Daniel Ridge Falls & Loop Hike
1401 Fish Hatchery Rd
Pisgah Forest, NC 28768
USA
Join us for this adult paced/carrier only hike on this beautiful, lesser traveled Pisgah National Forest Trail, to Daniel Ridge Falls. We will be taking the Daniel Ridge Loop trail (Red Blazes) that begins on a gravel road, passing over a bridge, joining up with the more rugged trail with a gradual incline. We will stop about midway in an open area of the trail to let the kids stretch out their legs and eat a snack/lunch. We will trek along this moderately difficult trail for about 4 miles, where we will stop along the way to get a beautiful view of this 150 ft waterfall.
**Important: The address will only take you to the Pisgah Center/Fish Hatchery, the parking for this hike is 3.9 miles past the center, please use the detailed information for parking! You are welcome to come a little early and stop at the Pisgah Center for restrooms as there are none available where we are meeting
