In this, our yearly fundraiser for Bounty & Soul, we are donating 15% of sales from 9 am to Bounty & Soul to support all of their programs providing healthy local food to food insecure members of our community. As in previous years our benefit will conicide with the Montreat Native Plant Sale. Bounty & Soul not only help families eat healthier through providing free local produce, but educate users of the service about the importance of healthy food, They also provide real strategies to easily prepare healthy food so that it is appetizing and eaten!
