Baby class everybody yoga Fitness Yoga
Baby and Me Yoga (babies from 6 weeks to just about to crawl) @ Everybody Yoga

Baby and Me yoga is a supportive space for caregivers to connect with baby and other caregivers. This class includes songs, baby massage and movement, restorative yoga and an introduction to mindfulness. This 45 minute class welcomes babies from 6 weeks to just about to crawl.
