Azalea Collection Trail Walk

Join us for a special trail walk down to the Arboretum’s National Native Azalea Collection on Saturday, April 29 and Sunday, April 30 starting at 1 p.m. from the Baker Exhibit Center lobby. Trained volunteer guides will lead participants on a 2.5 mile walk and discuss the collection, which represents nearly all of the native azalea species in the U.S. The walk is free, however, donations to The North Carolina Arboretum Society are welcomed. Due to the length of the walk, participants are asked to wear appropriate hiking attire.
