Getting outdoors isn’t just fun, it’s also healthy! Park Rx is a national movement partnering doctors with public lands to improve the health of both. Kids in Parks is a part of that movement with the TRACK Rx program. This is a great opportunity to get outside, hang out with your family and doctor, and discover how playing outside can be part of your healthy lifestyle.
The festivities start at 2 PM at the Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor Center in Asheville. We can’t wait to see you there!
