Park Day 2017 @ Historic Carson House | Marion | North Carolina | United States

Ever want to see behind the scenes at a historic museum? Now is your chance! The Historic Carson House is participating in National Park Day 2017 through the Civil War Trust on April 1 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Each participant will recieve a free t-shirt (first 40 participants), an issue of Hallowed Ground magazine, and a chance to win a $500 reward through the Civil War Trust Park Day competition!

Participants may register by emailing historiccarsonhouse@gmail.com, messaging us on Facebook, or simply show up at the Carson House with your work gloves, a bottle of water, and helping hands. If you’re interested in working outside, please bring your own tools like rakes, shovels, and more!
