Annual Community Health Fair @ Appalachian Mountain Community Health Center

Appalachian Mountain Health and our Campus Clinic are hosting their second annual Community Health Fair. This event is free. Please come out for free health screenings, free sport physicals, school supplies, gently used clothing items, music, bike giveaways, and FUN!
