Come pass a good time with us and support St. Gerard House. Enjoy a whole roasted pig prepared in a Cajun “Microwave,” slow roasted for 24+ hours under an open flame and seasoned with our blend of Cajun/Creole spices. Plate comes with choice of 2 sides and our house made cornbread. Enter our raffle to win prizes from Southern Appalachian Brewery Brewery Tab, Baskets from Bebettes Beignets & Coffee Merchandise and beignets. Support the art program at St. Gerard House by purchasing art done by the talented students. This event is family friendly and sure to delight. Cajun two step with Zydeco Ya Ya 3pm-6pm.
