Free Class Day! 5-7 Year Olds @ Dragon Phoenix Kung Fu

We will be having a Free Day for our 5-7 year olds class that meets regularly on Tuesdays from 3:45 – 4:30.
In this class we work on hand-eye-foot coordination through the different animal styles of Kung Fu. Students learn Animal Hand Shapes, a short form that emphasizes whole body movement, a focused set of movements from the animal style of the month (October will be Eagle Style), hitting a target, coordination exercises, awareness exercises, and listening exercises, as well as sitting and standing meditation.
We only have spaces for 12 students, so it is a good idea to reserve a space in advance.
Class is normally a $10 drop in.
