Mark your calendars for the Asheville YMCA’s Summer Open House. On July 27 (Saturday) from 2-8 p.m. we will have all new and unique activities for the whole family to enjoy.
We appreciate our members and our Asheville community more than words can ever describe and want to thank you all for your support. We want to showcase the diversity of our community and offerings here at the downtown Y and hope you will join us as we spice things up for this summer’s Open House and put a new twist to some of your favorite classes and activities at the Y!
ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
Saturday Sampler in the Studio
1:30-4:30 p.m.
9 class styles/15 min each/taught in different languages
Mobile Market & Nutrition Tours
2 p.m.
Come see the Mobile Market in action and hop in for a tour of our awesome Nutrition Hub!
Potluck on the Sundeck
2 p.m.
Join the Aquatics Team on the Sundeck for a potluck. Bring a dish you enjoy to share with other.
Sock Hop in the Studio
5:30-8 p.m.
Get your dance on, mix, and mingle with fellow members and guest
Family Movie Night – A Bug’s Life
5:30-7:30 p.m.
Join us in the Multi Purpose Room as we watch a family friendly movie.
OTHER ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
Youth Development’s – Crafts with the Kids
(on playground weather permitting)
Volleyball and Basketball Scrimmages
Half Court games in the Gym
Wellness Floor Tours/Coaching Connections/ Personal Training Consults
