Pop up in the Park POUND (Ages 12 and up) @ different location in Asheville

Enjoy making music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, strength training and conditioning using drumsticks specifically for exercising. All fitness levels welcome, movements modified for different abilities. Bring a yoga mat or towel & water. No preregistration required. Class is limited to 15 people. FREE!!!
