A class for you and your family to enjoy together! Family flow will offer a traditional sequence for all levels as well as beginners who are just starting their yoga journey. Modifications will be offered for those who wish. There will be opportunity to build strength, create flexibility, and most importantly breathe! Bring the crew and we’ll see you on the mat! Ages 7 and up.
